Nuestra estancia en este amplio apartamento fue espectacular, se tiene una sensación de exclusividad al tener un Front Desk 24/7 disponible. Los espacios son incluso más amplio de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, el apartamento está completamente abastecido para poder preparar tus comidas. Los suplementos de playa van más allá de lo esperado, sombrilla de playa, sillas, incluso Tupperware para tus snacks y nevera para llevar tus bebidas frías. Por las tardes se disfruta de una relajante piscina que siempre está libre y muy limpia. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de downtown Hollywood, una calle de acceso peatonal con muchos restaurantes , café, bares y hasta lugares para divertirse de noche. Aventura mall a 15 minutos, la playa 5 minutos y su anfitrion Rose siempre disponibles y cordiales. Lo recomendamos 100% y estoy seguro que regresaremos .

Rose and John were very attentive. There was great communication, excellent customer/guest service. Their unit was very clean. It definitely was a really comfortable and pleasant stay. I have to say, Rose and John are some of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered.

I had such a beautiful and relaxing stay. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and peaceful. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The apartment truly exceeded my expectation, it had everything I could ask for and more. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The building staff and security were also amazing, so kind, helpful, and resourceful, which added an extra level of comfort and ease. Overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing. This was our 2nd year staying at this location. It was perfect both times. No complaints or concerns. The host is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this location to anyone who is seeking a clean and affordable stay in this area.

Beautiful place! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Perfect distance away from Fort Lauderdale, and Miami with the best things near by in Hollywood !! We had plenty of room, and the pool space was wonderful! I would recommend this place 100 times over!!

Rose and John are outstanding communicators and have some of the quickest response times I've ever seen. The location is very lively, extremely close to downtown and the beach. A short drive will take you to Aventura and North Miami Beach, where you’ll find great restaurants and plenty of shopping at and near the famous Aventura Mall. As for the unit itself, I loved the indoor parking, though it can get tight late at night since it is first-come, first-served. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The furniture was so comfortable that the morning sunshine and late nights became irresistible. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and highly functional. I cooked a few times and didn’t need anything. The bed was too soft for this old back, so I slept on the couch. The kids always sounded like they were having a great time in the pool. You’ll like Rose and John’s place. I had a very nice stay.

The place was clean and comfortable. All amenities were available as stated, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, etc. It’s nice having a washer and dryer in the house. Living room and outdoor space were very comfortable. The security of the place is extremely good. The local area is very safe and nice to be able to walk to the downtown area which is only four blocks away. These two safety features make this place more appealing, especially to older people like ourselves. Great place and very accommodating hosts. Thanks for a great week.

I was lucky enough to find John and Rose's place on AirBnb and was pleasantly surprised that it even exceeded the pictures on the listing!!! The apartment is decorated beautifully, it's thoroughly clean, modern and supplied with all of your needs and more!!! This apartment located close to Hollywood Broadwalk and all of the activities you might enjoy!! John is an amazingly responsive host, eager to answer any "wants" that come up and always kind and thoughtful!! We would not hesitate to rent from John and Rose again next year and truly I don't think we could ever surpass their beautiful rentals, their kindness, and the thoughtful way they interact with their renters.

This was a last minute booking for me and I’m so glad I found it! Location was amazing if you like the beach, I was delighted to catch a sunrise over the Atlantic! I appreciated the well lit parking lot at 5am. Quiet, and I slept like a baby, can’t wait to come back.
