El apartamento es igual a las fotos, limpio, confortable, con todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien, tenia ropa blanca y articulos necesarios para el aseo personal, articulos de limpieza y de tocador, lástima que no pude disfrutar la piscina porque el frio no lo permitió, me senti como en casa, el personal del edificio fuemuy servicial y amable, estuve 7 dias y todo fue fabuloso, Rose y John fueron muy amables y siempre contestaron inmediatamente mis mensajes, la experiencia supero mis expectativas, lo recomiendo 100%. Muchas gracias por todo, mi estancia fue genial. Volveré a alquilarlo cuando regrese a Miami. Saludos

Plug & play apartment for short or long stays. Well thought out. Fully equipped & it all works! Wile away time on the balcony or head out for nearby adventure, walking downtown or driving to the beach. Nice apartment, building & spot. Very responsive, solution oriented hosts. Super nice. I'd do it again.

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. There was a slight delay with the cleaning crew as we arrived right at check-in; however, the hosts responded quickly resolved the issue. Thanks for letting us use your place for our trip.

We had a great stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Private parking was a huge plus and made coming and going very easy. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was simple. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was everything at this place! You couldn't be in a better spot. Across the street from the beach entrance, 1 block from a cute strip of food & shops. The beach closest was shallow knee height water for 100 yeards or so, perfect for younger kids. We will definitely come back!

I had to book a very last minute trip to the Fort Lauderdale area and was glad to find Rose and John’s rental property. I really just used it to sleep at, but the kitchen was stocked with more than most rentals and everything was clean. The design is modern and cute. The area was somewhat secluded, but that is also a good thing when it comes to noise. The bed was comfortable and the bedrooms had good black out curtains, which is not common in my experience, but help a ton. Rose and John were also very communicative and helpful when I asked questions. Definitely a good find!

Very nice apartment, just as described. Rose and John were quick to respond to our question. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans silverware etc. Bedrooms were comfortable and felt very at home. Would stay here again

The perfect spot if you want to walk to the beach and restaurants. You can’t beat the beach walking trail to Red Reef Park. Nearby a great Thai restaurant and açaí place. The apartment is updated and has everything you need. Plenty of towels and toiletries, cook ware, and the WiFi is good. Will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Boca. Easy and convenient and beautiful.

Wow!! This place was perfect for me, my sister and my ten year old. The photos are very accurate, the place was clean and there was ample space. Both rooms had spacious walk in closets- I could open my suitcases inside AND hang up my clothes- quite uncommon! Bathrooms were also a huge plus! The neighborhood was close to a Cuban bakery and a mile from a grocery store. Oh did I mention the nearby heated, salted pool in the neighborhood and proximity to the beach? Finally, the hosts were delightful and extremely communicative! I LOVED my stay here.

This was my first time doing Airbnb. Rose and John were great hosts. They checked in during our week stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay. The space was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked with all conveniences . I traveled with my toddler and I appreciated how kid friendly it was.
